4. Right of Withdrawal and Return Conditions

  • Hygiene and Safety: The 14-day right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products unsealed by the consumer. Any product with a broken security seal will not be subject to return.
  • Return Costs: In case of withdrawal for an intact product, return costs are borne by the customer. Given that initial delivery is free, a flat fee of €10 will be deducted from the refund to cover logistics processing costs.
