  • European Union (excluding France): Free delivery for all orders over €100. For orders under €100, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
  • International (Outside EU): Prices are calculated based on the country of destination.

2. Processing and Shipping Times

Thanks to our location in Strasbourg, we ensure a responsive processing of your orders:

  • Preparation time: 1 to 2 business days.
  • Transit (France): Generally 2 to 3 working days after dispatch.
  • Transit (Europe): 3 to 5 business days.
