These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between the micro-enterprise Via Selection (operating the Altai Origin brand) and any person making a purchase on the website. By validating your order, you accept these terms and conditions without reservation.

2. Products and Prices

• Compliance: Our food supplements (Shilajit) comply with European Union standards.
• Prices: Prices are indicated in Euros (€). VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code (Micro-enterprise scheme).
• Delivery: Delivery is FREE in Metropolitan France. For other areas, the costs are indicated before final confirmation.

3. Shipping and Delivery from France

Orders are shipped from our logistics center in Strasbourg, France , within 1 to 2 business days. While we make every effort to guarantee fast delivery (2-4 days in France), Via Selection accepts no responsibility for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

4. Right of Withdrawal and Return Conditions

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code:

• Hygiene and Safety: The 14-day right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products unsealed by the consumer. Any product whose safety seal is broken will not be accepted for return or refund.
• Return Shipping Costs: If you exercise your right of withdrawal for an unopened product, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Since initial delivery is free, a flat fee of €10 will be deducted from your refund to cover the processing and logistics costs incurred by Via Selection .

5. Liability and Warranty

Shilajit is a food supplement and should not replace a varied diet. Via Selection cannot be held responsible for misuse of the product or failure to adhere to the recommended dosage. Consult a healthcare professional before use.

6. Data Protection and Disputes

• Personal Data: Your information is strictly used for processing your orders via Shopify.
• Applicable Law: This contract is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Strasbourg shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
