Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Zones and Fees
We currently ship across the entire European Union (EU) and internationally. Shipping fees are calculated based on the order's weight, volume, and destination.
Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders over 100 euros within the European Union.
2. Processing and Shipping Times
The total delivery time includes two steps: order processing and transit time.
a) Processing Time (Preparation)
- All orders are typically processed and shipped from our warehouse located in Germany within 1 to 3 business days following receipt of payment.
- Orders placed after 14:00 (CET) or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
b) Estimated Transit Time
The following durations are estimates only, once the order has been shipped:

3. Order Tracking
Upon shipment of your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. You can track your parcel's progress in real time.
4. Taxes and Customs (EU & International)
a) European Union (EU)
- In accordance with European regulations, the prices displayed on Altaiorigin.com include VAT (Value Added Tax) applicable in France.
- No additional customs fees will be applied for deliveries within the EU.
b) International (Outside the EU)
- Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees (local VAT), which are applied once the parcel reaches the destination country.
- These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees paid to Altai Origin.
5. Delivery Issues
a) Lost or Damaged Parcel
- If your parcel arrives damaged, please report it immediately to the carrier and contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- If the carrier confirms the loss of the parcel, Altai Origin will either re-ship your order or issue a full refund.
b) Incorrect Address
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the provided shipping address is complete and correct. Altai Origin cannot be held responsible for parcels undelivered due to an incomplete or erroneous address.
